J&J subsidiary LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that describes how the company plans to pay different kinds of cancer victims in a bankruptcy settlement. Johnson & Johnson asserts that bankruptcy is the only way to deal with both present and future lawsuits involving talc conclusively. It believes that it will be less expensive if there is an element of bankruptcy that puts pressure for a settlement. Is using talc safe. Driving past the 400-year span of American history, the company believes that bankruptcy is beneficial to all parties by distributing settlement payments more evenly and effectively than trial courts, where litigants are awarded significant settlements while others get nothing.
