J&J affiliate LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that outlines how the firm intends to pay different types of cancer victims as part of bankruptcy settlement. Johnson & Johnson asserts that bankruptcy is the only way to settle both present and future talc litigations in a definitive manner.
