J&J affiliate LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that describes how the company plans to pay different kinds of cancer patients in a bankruptcy settlement. April 13th 2023 Update: The major announcement is an $8.9 billion over 25 years offer for settlement. Driving past the 400-year span of American past, the company argues that bankruptcy benefits all parties by distributing settlement payments more evenly and effectively than trial courts, which are where litigants get significant payouts, while others are left with nothing.
