Hyperbole is not exempt by the victims’ lawyers, who call this the biggest “fraudulent move in United States history.”

Despite all the legal jargon, J&J does not really think that the bankruptcy will endure. But it’s a way to push for this $8.9 billion settlement to keep the pressure on plaintiffs.
