Attorneys representing cancer patients who do not agree with the agreement counter this argument by saying that it is countering legal nonsense with legal absurdity: J&J fraudulently transferred $50 billion of assets from LTL Management to circumvent the appeals court’s earlier ruling. The hyperbole wasn’t spared attorneys representing the victims claim it the biggest “fraudulent transfer of assets in United States history.”
